Why can´t I use any special character when registering?

We have decided not to allow any hieroglyphic special character. We want that the community can identify you in an accessible or at least under a readable name.

Therefore, only the following special characters are allowed:

~ + * # . : , ! § $ ? ß and of course the umlauts ä ö ü

_ - (not at the beginning and end of a username!)

How many characters are allowed for my username?

Your username must consist of at least 3 characters and can consist of 20 characters maximum!

How many characters must my password have and what characters can it include?

Choose a save password with a minimum of 6 characters!

These special characters are allowed:

~ + * # . : , ! § $ ? ß and of course the umlauts ä ö ü

_ - (not at the beginning and end of a password!)

Why should I enter my date of birth when registering?

We find it important to know at what age are the members of our community. Also the other members like to know how old is my communication partner e.g in the forum. In addition, the next birthday for registered users are displayed. In the future there´ll be suprises for "birthday childs". These can be reserved slots, special skins or other similar things.

Why must I fill in my real name and my email adress when registering? I don´t want that any other users get this data!

These information can only see the superadmins of this website! Any publication or distribution of this information to third parties does not occur.

Why don´t I get a confirmation email after registration?

It may happen that the system generated email lands in the spam folder of your provider. Please check the spam folder if our confirmation has landed there.

How can I change my username?

It is not intended to change your username! If you need a new nickname, you have to create a new account! Please delete first your "old" account, this can be quickly done under your profile. Read this FAQ also. Then you can register a new account. Consider from the outset not to make a clantag, because clans are impermanent...

Where can I completely unsubscribe from the community? My data shall be deleted!

The fact that you no longer want to be part of our community, we regret very much. If you really want to delete your entire data you can do it under your profile. Go to "update your profile", the link "unsubscribe" appears at the top right. Please enter for security reasons your current passwort twice. After that, your data will be deleted from the database and the admins get on a message.
Please note that your forumposts will not be deleted!

How can I upload an avatar?

If you haven´t uploaded an avatar at your registration, you can do that under your profile settings. Just klick on "Update Your Image" where the standardavatar is displayed. You have the option to upload an avatar of yourself ore choose one from the archive. The maximum picturesize (width x height - filesize): 190x190 - 800 KB! Your avatar will be shown on the website and the forum! There will be no explizit avatar for the forum. Animated avatars are not allowed, sorry for this!
