Where can I define my signature for the forum?

You can define a signature under your profile. Click on the Forumtab, under "View Forum Settings" you´ll find the possibility to define a signature.

Why has my thread been closed or delete?

A moderator had a reason, when your thread has been closed. Mostly the moderator will post why, or the question was answered by providing assistance of a user or a reference. Take a look at posted Url´s!

Have you looked on the main page for any appropriate indications?

Have you read the forum rules and not violated them?

Was it the right forum category where your topic has been opened?

Should you didn´t know after accurate reflection, why your thread is closed, then don´t open up a new thread! Even if it was just an oversight, please contact an admin first to tell him the link of your thread. An admin will give you for sure an answer.

What are Moderators?

A Moderator is a person who guides or control a conversation. The Moderators have delete and edit rights for this at the forums. You can recognize a Moderator by his forum rank, wich you can see under the profile of the Mod. Needless to say that all admins have Moderator rights.

How can I upload an avatar?

If you haven´t uploaded an avatar at your registration, you can do that under your profile settings. Just klick on "Update Your Image" where the standardavatar is displayed. You have the option to upload an avatar of yourself ore choose one from the archive. The maximum picturesize (width x height - filesize): 190x190 - 800 KB! Your avatar will be shown on the website and the forum! There will be no explizit avatar for the forum. Animated avatars are not allowed, sorry for this!

How can I change my username?

It is not intended to change your username! If you need a new nickname, you have to create a new account! Please delete first your "old" account, this can be quickly done under your profile. Read this FAQ also, see second to last point. Then you can register a new account. Consider from the outset not to make a clantag, because clans are impermanent...

Your number of postings will not transfered, please don´t call an admin for this!

How can I delete my forum account?

It is not intended to delete a forum account. The forum and website are linked togehter. You can only unsubscribe yourself completly and your personal data will deleted from our database. If you really want to delete your entire data you can do it under your profile. Go to "update your profile", the link "unsubscribe" appears at the top right. Please enter for security reasons your current passwort twice. After that, your data will be deleted from the database and the admins get on a message.
Please note that your forumposts will not be deleted!

Warum wurde mein Thread geschlossen oder gelöscht?

Wenn dein Thread geschlossen ("closed") ist, dann hatte ein Moderator einen Grund dafür.

Meistens hat der Moderator gepostet warum, oder die Frage war beantwortet durch eine Hilfestellung eines Users oder einen Hinweis, der den Thread als nicht mehr benötigt darstellt. Schaue ggf. gepostete Url´s an!

Hast du auf der Hauptseite nach entsprechenden Hinweisen gesucht? Wurde die Satzung eingehalten? Hast du das Announcement des Forums ("Die Regeln") gelesen und nicht dagegen verstoßen?

Oder war es das richtige Forum, wo dein Thema auch hin sollte?

Solltest du trotz genauem Überlegen nicht wissen, warum dein Thread nun geschlossen ist, dann mache keinen neuen Thread auf! Auch wenn es nur ein Versehen war, hast du erst einen Moderator dieses Forums anzumailen und ihm den Link zu deinem Thread mitzuteilen, dann bekommst du sicher eine Antwort

Was sind Moderatoren?

Ein Moderator ist eine Person, die ein Gespräch lenkt oder lenkend in ein Gespräch eingreift.
Hierfür haben die Moderatoren der einzelnen Foren Lösch- und Editier-Rechte.
Du erkennst Moderatoren natürlich am Nickname, der unter "Moderatoren" steht oder auch am Rang, der im Profil des Moderators zu sehen ist.

Kann ich meinen Benutzernamen ändern?

Nein, es ist nicht vorgesehen seinen Benutzernamen ändern zu können. Du musst einen neuen Account anlegen, wenn du einen neuen Nick benötigst. Lösche bitte vorher deinen „alten“ Account, dies kannst du hier schnell erledigen. Anschließend kannst du einen neuen Account Registrieren. Überlege am besten von Anfang an auf den ClanTag zu verzichten, denn Clans sind vergänglich...


Deine Forumpostzahl bekommst du nicht übertragen, also bitte keinen Admin deswegen anmailen!
